In the session, we built on what was presented on resistance to change in the first APPA program to provide a structure and guidance on how to take a coaching approach in guiding and supporting individuals as they work through inevitable workplace changes. Coaching is a specific skill that has to be developed over time and we will provide guidelines that may be different from a typical managerial approach. In this webinar, we will focus that skill on the challenges of change.
