The CL-NEPPA Webinar Series is being offered as part of NEPPA's Public Utility Management Program (PUMP).  Participation in at least two of four webinars is expected as part of completing PUMP.

Collaborative learning is offering this webinar to help NEPPA professionals better appreciate their critical role in leading others on a strategic path to the future. The learning outcomes of this webinar are relevant to board members, executive managers, middle managers and first-line supervisors.  The pace of change in the electric utility industry calls for strong and effective leaders at all levels and in all parts of our public power organizations.

Webinar Highlights:

This webinar builds on the importance of setting purpose, vision and organizational focus on the achievement of strategic outcomes. The seminar leaders will provide methods and approaches to ensure that you are thinking and acting strategically as you guide your work group or organization to its desired future.  They will identify those strategic issues that utilities across the nation are wrestling with now. They will also help you reflect on the issues and strategies that are most important to your organization, as well as specific ways you, as a leader, can become more strategic in your current role.

Specifically, this webinar will help you…

    •  Lead from a clearly defined purpose, vision
        and shared values
    with aligned strategies
    •  Maintain awareness of the complexities
        and pressures impacting your utility

    •  Recognize what’s strategic from what isn’t
    •  Set and focus on strategic priorities for
        yourself and for others

    •  Escape the trap of the everyday tasks to
focus more of your time on what is strategic

        Webinar Features:

          •  Up-to-date information
